It's a 90s movie I think. In the movie there's this boy and his mom and they move to her boyfriend's house which turns out to be a castle. There's the ghost of a girl and her mom in the castle and the boy is the only one who can see her so they become friends. The girl's mom was ¨evil¨ but in the end they cross over together. Oh and the boy's mom leaves her boyfriend cause he was lying.
