If one started running daily, doing push ups and sit ups, and eating healthier an effective way to lose weight, or is it more trouble than it's worth?

If you want to lose the weight it is worth the effort. But you really need to watch what you eat.

I lost 18 pounds in 2 weeks but I used Slim Spray. Keeps the cravings of snacking away.

I still do my workouts but I dont have to over do myself anymore.

Well, for some people who hate exercise and love junk food, it can seem like a sacrifice.

However, when you don't exercise and eat junk food, you are sacrificing things, too... the quality of your life, energy to do things, perhaps your looks or even years on your life that might get cut off by an early heart attack.

The way I see it, anything worth having is worth sacrificing for. It's like payment-- I pay in sweat to have a healthy, happy family (not just myself, but it's for my whole family).

I don't really consider eating healthy foods a sacrifice as they are way better than junk foods, both in taste and in how they make you feel.

That is absolutely an effective way to lose weight. In fact that is the best way. You will lose weight and get fit and healthy (rather than just skinny). It will take time, depending on how much you need/want to lose, but with patience and persistence you can do it.

Well worth the trouble! You get a great body and will feel better for as long as you live a healthy lifestyle.

yes, you don't need pills or powders. modify your food intake and drink plenty of water (try only water, i found i like eating my calories better than drinking them). good luck :)
