if you drink over three gallons of water and the output is not even a half of that what does that meen?

    Well Im not sure but I think your body uses some of the water for your blood and stuff. It doesn't just pass right through! If so, there wouldn't really be a point would there? Give it some more time and more will come out. You probably sweat a lot of it out in this heat!

    You're sweating the water out, losing it in your breath, or you aren't very good at measuring. Or your kidneys have shut down.

    Three gallons of water is an awfully high load that will mess with your electrolyte balance. People die from this because their electrolytes get flushed out with the water, which messes with their heart rhythms.

    If this is a fad diet, stop before you mess yourself up. If you are drinking that much because you are thirsty, see a doctor before you go into a diabetic coma.
