futon for a college dorm room?

ok so im look for a nice futon one that will last 3+ years. Has a comfortable mattress, and cost under $200, preferably metal frame, and a neutral color (black, tan, gray, brown) Any Have any idea where to get on I have checked Target and Walmart and they have some decent ones

Update:

Im going to have it under my loft bed and i lived in the dorm last year so i have an idea of what will fit and what wont

    lol if you loft your bed you will certainly have enough space even in your dorm... don't listen to people that says you can't... it's just takes some creative strategizing and sorting lol... in terms of where to get the futon, I'd certainly go to IKEA... they are pretty cheap and their furniture is fairly solidly built too for the price...

    If this is a room in an on-campus residence hall, there will most assuredly not be room for a futon.
