How many players do you know that changed positions late in their careers?
After playing centerfield for most of his major league career, Torii Hunter is permanently the right fielder for the LA Angels of A thus bringing up the very talented rookie Peter Bourjos. It'll be hard to get used to because for he played center for as long as I was a fan (of his and of baseball) but I thank him for his selflessness. I'm thankful to have the opportunity to watch such a talented and classy player everyday :)
Okay fine... too easy of a question LOL!

Well Mimi, I don't think I'll be able to name every player, but I'll list as many as I can.
A-Rod converted from shortstop to third base.
Michael Young converted from second to short to third.
Miguel Cabrera converted from left field to third to first.
Miguel Tejada converted from short to third and back to short.
Ryan Braun converted from third to left field.
Nomar Garciaparra converted from short to third to first then he switched around the infield quite a bit during his last couple seasons before retiring.
Cal Ripken Jr. converted from third to short.
Ichiro moved from right to center to right.
Chipper Jones moved from short to third to left field to third again.
Albert Pujols moved from third to outfield to first.
Troy Glaus converted from third to first.
Alfonso Soriano went from second to center to left.
Well that's all I can think of.

nicely first the perfect 5 while Durant Retires would be MJ, Kobe, Magic, Kareem, Wilt. no longer something against KD which i think of would be exceeded the torch as quickly as Kobe retires and could finally be a appropriate 15 and along with his capacity set maybe appropriate 10 however the perfect 5 is in basic terms too crowded. Oklahoma will make it to the 2nd around because of the fact they'd have a appropriate 4 seed especially much for particular because of the fact the west has decreased a sprint with the Suns, Mavericks, Spurs, Portland and Utah no longer being what they as quickly as have been.

Ernie Banks - SS to 1B
Pete Rose - 2B to 1B
Robin Yount - SS to CF
Johnny Bench - C to 1B
Babe Ruth - P to OF
Rick Ankiel - P to OF
Plus countless others who became Designated Hitters and never played a position thereafter.

Alfonso Soriano went from second base to left field.
Adam Dunn went from left field to first base
B,J Surhoff (retired) went from catcher, to third base, to left field. He also played first base in his career.
Craig Biggio(retired) went from catcher to second base to center field
Troy Glaus just went from 3rd base to first base.
Miguel Tejada went from shortstop to third base, and as of this week, back to shortstop
Melvin Mora went from shorstop to center field to left field to third base.
Just naming a few. Typically it takes a special type of player to make the big switches, but it's been done succesfully. In the cases of Soriano and Dunn, they turned out to be much better at their new positions than they were at their old ones. Torii Hunter is a great athlete, he'll make the swith without any problems.

That's common Mimi, too many players to be listed. And moving to another OF position is no big deal.
Mickey Mantle finished his career playing first, Pete Rose played several positions, 2B, 3B, OF....Craig Biggio, catcher, 2B, OF....etc....it could go on.

Lots of players have changed positions in their careers...too many to mention.
Alex Rodriquez moved from shortstop to third base when he signed with the Yankees.
(Now, he can't hit!)

Way, way too many to list. The first high profile one I remember was Carl Yastrzemski moving from left field to 1B/DH.
