Doses consisting of 1,000mg every two hours during the day are most common. Doses at night are taken doubled up and taken every 4 hours. Set an alarm, I use my cell phone. It usually takes me 3 - 12 days to begin bleeding, average 6 days.

Mega dosing doesn't really help, and it may even teach your kidneys to excrete too much Vitamin C. *Small frequent doses* are the key to keeping a constant level circulating in your body. Specifically use ascorbic acid. Do not use Vitamin C with Bioflaviniods or that has Rose-hips in it. (Bioflavinoids and Rose Hips will work to prevent miscarriage, do not take Vitamin C with them in it!)

You need to see a social worker or the school nurse they are there to help with these kind of things the last thing u should be doing is trying to cause a miscarriage its not good for you, and the longer you leave this the worse it will get its not just going to go away ok!!

The only thing you can do is get an abortion done by a doctor. Anything you try yourselves will just cause the baby to have health problems or possibly kill your girlfriend in the process.

But maybe you should get her to take a test before trying stupid things to abort something that may not even be there.
