Yes. But, this does not include Catholics, Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses. They do not follow Christianity as the bible determines Christianity.

Not if they think God is guiding their decisions. If they don't let their religion influence their decisions, then yes, they can be great leaders.

No they aren't because they believe that if they can't solve a problem then praying is all it will take to resolve the issue.
