You can't generalize a group all that well. Perhaps if the Christian leader stuck to the moral code they are supposed to follow, yes.

Yes. But, this does not include Catholics, Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses. They do not follow Christianity as the bible determines Christianity.

Not if they think God is guiding their decisions. If they don't let their religion influence their decisions, then yes, they can be great leaders.
