I use one towel for one week and then wash it, if your cleansing well in the shower, you really aren't wiping bacteria filled moisture from your body. I clean hand towels once a week also, the ones that people dry their hands with after using the restroom.

Tide and snuggle are the best for refreshing fabrics and giving fabrics that fresh/clean feeling. For really icky loads add a 1/2 a cup of white vinegar to the main wash and they will come out fresher then ever.

    I hope this helps, peace

Once a week. The key is to hang it outside if possible to prevent mold.

If it smells or looks dirty wash it - otherwise if nobody else uses it but you, wash it once a week on a very hot wash to kill germs.

After each use. We have stacks and stacks of towels. Not just one.
