What is the best for a headache while pregnant?

I am 16 weeks and have been getting REALLY bad headaches lately. I just wanted to know what kinds of pain pills can I take or what did you use that was the best. I was using Tylenol but, did not work at all. I know I got a list of things I could take from the doctor but, can't seem to find it. Also, forgot to ask at my appointment today. Thanks!

Early in my pregnancy I had a bad headache for 3 days.

After taking a TON of Tylenol that did nothing, I called my doctor.

She told me I could take Excedrin Tension Headache.

The ONLY ingredients in Excedrin Tension Headache are acetaminophen (Tylenol) and caffeine.

Just 2 tablets worked for me and my headache was gone.

Make sure you get the kind without aspirin in it.

Definitely simply ask her OB - Of path, homeopathic at a wellbeing meals retailer like Boiron manufacturer or Hylands has a GREAT headache components that's trustworthy. I've heard that inexperienced pippen apples are well towards complications. It would simply be a passing virus, however even the homeopathic is SAFE for any person and utilising your possess frame's protection mechanisms to combat for you. I have used Hylands even as lactacting to CALM me down and it is known as CALMS - very healthful stuff. Not a little of aspect results. Make definite you're getting prime excellent calcium in greens (sure carrots and brocolli have calcium) and placed a few cheese. My favourite dairy is Alta Dena due to the fact that their cows are handled good - no hormones, and so forth. they usually make a fine cheese from their uncooked milk I've heard that uncooked milk is the great due to the fact that the calcium is conveniently to be had from ONLY the uncooked milk and truthfully the pasteurized milk depletes your frame of calcium. See experiences in this to be satisfied. Take care and do devour healthful meals. Not such a lot sugar and white processed flour merchandise. Fruits and greens are BEST! God bless you all. Mrs. C

The only thing for pain/headaches on my doctor's list is tylenol. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me much either. My doctor said I would have to have excrutiating frequent headaches, in order for him to try a prescription on me. Mention it to your doctor and see what he/she thinks.
