Smoke and Vapors cause lung scarring?

I just found out that the smoke from incense causes scarring in the lungs so its pretty much the same as second hand smoke from cigarettes i probably wont be burning anymore of it. I was wondering i also have a oil burner where you put the concentrated oil in the top and light a candle underneath and it gives off a vapor. It heats it up enough to allow the oils to escape. Some times the flame gets a little bigger and causes it to get a little to hot cause and a slight visible vapor smoke comes off. Is this harmful?

We are not a specialist in cancer so can't possibly tell you how much damage your actually doing to yourself...So go to a health center and get yourself examined...Only 2-3 cigars in a week eh?? That means 52x3=156 in a year. Not very great is it?? When you smoke the person next to you gets more effected coz you release the maximum smoke but he breaths in it.Even cigarette packets has a 'it kills' tag on it.When you get addicted you can't just leave it so seek a doctor's advice in order to live longer with good health..I'm saying this because I don't any Y!A friend to die early..... Wish you good luck =^_^= !!!!
