My name is Aiden and I seem to have a problem making friends. I'm finishing up my first year of being a freshman at college. For a while now Ive been trying to meet new people and make new friends but ive failed at every attempt. I feel awkward when ever im in any kind of social situation and find myself starting to avoid them at all costs. Ill see a familiar face across the hall and make a 360 just to avoid the awkward situation. I have made several attempts to put myself out there and join the many groups that are available at my college but at the last minute i chicken out and decide not to go to the meetings in fear that everyone will think im socially awkward or that im just a weirdo. I think my main problem is that i have very poor self image. I'm kind of a small guy with a very light light build. I'm not ugly or anything (at least I don't think i am). I guess you could say that im my worst critic. Also i have a girlfriend who is smoking hot! I don't know how the heck I managed to get with someone like her but anyways i feel like im always stuck up her butt because I don't have anybody else to hang with and i would really hate if that started to affect our relationship. I really don't know whats wrong with me but its starting to take a tole on my emotional state. I'm beginning to go through bouts of depression. Sometimes ill even sit in tears feeling sorry for myself. I think you get the picture. So my questions are.

1. Am I the only one going through this?

2. Is this a common freshman thing?

3. What do you recommend i do to make friends?

4. Will I ever have a friend?

I am browsing for a new laptop and I am pretty sure I have found the right one. I just wanted to make sure that I am getting the most for my money. If anyone can find anything out there that's better then please share. It has to be a laptop and it can't be a penny more than 769.99 .

Ive tried everything and i just cant get the audio files to copy.

Ive tried using itunes , windows Media Player, and some other 3rd party software and none of them seem to work. Ive tried three different computers all of which Im pretty sure have cd burners in them. the drives say compact disc rewritable on them which I assume means they can burn CD-RW.

Some times it will complete the burning proccess and say it was succesful but when you pop it in a cd player you get nothing. Sometimes it will say that there was just and error and the burn could not be completed and other times it says that the disk may be broken or damaged or you should try a different brand. Ive tried 5 different disks and there brand new so I don't think broken or damaged is the case. Could someone please provide some insight as to what it is im doing wrong.

I'm trying to find a way to convert O3 into something a little more harmless to the environment and I wanted to know if burning it would turn it into something a little safer.

I just found out that the smoke from incense causes scarring in the lungs so its pretty much the same as second hand smoke from cigarettes i probably wont be burning anymore of it. I was wondering i also have a oil burner where you put the concentrated oil in the top and light a candle underneath and it gives off a vapor. It heats it up enough to allow the oils to escape. Some times the flame gets a little bigger and causes it to get a little to hot cause and a slight visible vapor smoke comes off. Is this harmful?
