Sleep depreviated and need to work..?

I just had less then 12 hours of sleep in the past week and It´s really taking its toll on me and yet I need to work in a few hours from now.. what should I do ? I can't call in sick so any advice?

Yesterday I had to fight to stay awake and focus at work .. and after fighting to stay awake ( even had microsleeps ) I come home from work I get renewed energy and fail to fall asleep.

    Don't drink any energy drinks you will just crash really really bad

    get some coffee and whenever possible POWER NAP

    ever for 10 minutes

    it will refresh your mind and give you a boost of energy to go a bit more

    and when you get home SLEEEPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You are obviously focusing your attentions on something that keeps you a wake ;)

    My advice is ring in sick, go do something in the day that doesn't seem taxing, window shop or something like that, go into work the next day (very important!) and don't do what ever you've been doing to keep yourself awake.
