I have a few crime questions that I need answered?
What are the technical names for these crimes and how long would a person get?
Robing a bank and getting away with over 200 grand.
Killing several people.
Stealing several cars of varying makes, models and prices.
Buying and moving illegal weapons.
Committing murder for hire.
Adding criminals.
Burning down multiple types of buildings.
And of course damaging and destroying dozens of police vehicles.
The said crimes have been committed through out the United States and much of Western Europe.
and no, I'm not going to commit the said crimes. There for a comic I'm making.

In the U.S., each state has slightly different laws and terms. Some laws are Federal offenses, others are state offenses that the feds would not be involved in. I hope this is helpful terminology for you.
Robbing a bank and getting away with over 200 grand. - "Bank robbery". The amount doesn't matter. Using a gun during the commission of a felony subjects you to additional punishment on top of the robbery. Stealing money from an unoccupied bank would just be a bank BURGLARY.
Killing several people. 3 people or more is called "mass murder".
Stealing several cars of varying makes, models and prices. -That is often referred to as "Grand Theft: Auto".
Buying and moving illegal weapons. - Not 100% sure, but it would be something like "Transportation of illegal weapons for the purpose of sale" or "transportation across state lines..."
Committing murder for hire. - It depends if you did the murdering or the hiring. If you did the murdering it's "murder for hire". If you did the hiring for murder it is "solicitation of murder for hire"
Adding criminals. - You must mean "aiding" criminals. That is referred to as "aiding and abetting".
Burning down multiple types of buildings. "Arson" if the structure is not occupied. If it is occupied it would be "arson and attempted murder". If someone died as a result of the fire it's First Degree Murder or "Murder 1" The "multiple" part is just another count. So 5 buildings burned you would be charged with 5 counts of arson (or 5 counts of arson and 3 counts attempted murder or whatever).
And of course damaging and destroying dozens of police vehicles. "destruction of public property" and by the sound of it "Felony resisting and evading arrest."

Have no idea how to robe a bank. Perhaps you should ask the artist Christo.
Robbing a bank would be called bank robbery
Killing people is homicide, depending on the circumstances it may be murder.
Stealing cars is called auto theft in most of the US, In California where everyone gets there info from TV it is called grand theft-auto.
Are the weapons illegal, like stolen, Saturday night specials or full automatic? Or do you mean that the person buying cannot buy a weapon or move it or is buying it for someone who cannot own a gun, a straw-man purchase?
Murder, in most US states called Felony Murder some 1st degree
Adding criminals? I guess that would have to do with abortions if you believe the guys who wrote Freakenomics.
If you aid a criminal it is called aiding. If you physically help the criminal in the crime, like providing a gun, it is called abetting.
Arson
Damage to public property.
How the crimes said anything I do not know.
The names I gave are for some states in the US. In the US states pass their own laws, the laws are not monolithic.
No idea what they are called in Western Europe or the EU.
Reading your question was comic enough for me. Hope whatever you doing is graphic since most will not understand your writing.
