How does this recipe sound...?

I dont use measurements when I cook... but I wanted to make a pasta salad with tomato and mozz... Can you give me any improvements if something sounds off?

Boil a box of rotini pasta, drain, toss with butter and parmesan cheese and garlic

Slice grape tomatos in half and toss with a block of cubed fresh mozz, fresh basil, olive oil, balsamice vinergarette, and salt and pepper to taste.

Once I was ready to serve I would toss the pasta and everything else together and sprinkle with a little more basil and parm for kick. Does this sound appetizing? What improvements could I use?

Update:

mozzarella cheese.... excuse me for being too lazy to type it out.

Update 2:

One of the therapists i work with is vegatarian and although i love how the bacon sounds... i gotta make it yummy without meat.

Sounds like you are on the right track, however, I would delete the butter. Go for a tri-colored pasta (nice flavors and appealing to the eye) I like the fresh mozz, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinergarette. Add small bite size pieces of green and red pepper.

Variations: replace basil with cilantro and add 1/2 lb of pink shrimp, skip balsamic vinergarette, add juice of one lime. (grill or boil shrimp with cajun seasoning) Yummy Yummy yum

instead of butter use bacon strips fried and crumbled, then you can use the oil from the bacon for flavor and the fresh bacon crumbles. something nice to add is thinly sliced palm hearts for a kick also. I am not crazy about fresh plain mozzarella but I would use small cubes so that there was a little sharp cheese kick. Like Colby jack. But I'm a heathen! Have fun at your party

Do you mean mozzarella cheese? Nobody calls it mozz... no offense! If yes, then that sounds good. I'd use extra virgin olive oil instead of butter for more flavor.

Doesnt sound healthful to me. The most effective factor I'd provide my puppy on there's the eggs and apple. That is alot of honey, acts precisely the identical as sugar, in folks and in puppies, exceptionally whether it is procesed honey from the grocery store. Organic is higher, nevertheless puppies dont want it. Just provide your puppy somewhat ripe apple or pear for a deal with.

I think it sounds good enough you do not want to overdo it. Too many flavors can confuse the palette. You could add a pinch or red chilli flakes for a kick or some kalamata olives.

  • Sounds yummy.
