Do you think my is sick?

I have had my kitten for almost 8 weeks and she has always been quite shy and reserved, recently she has become really friendly and rubs around me whenever she sees me.

She has also gone off of her kitten milk (but not her food) and is drinking a lot more water than usual, I can only guess that she is drinking more water because I am trying to change her to a predominately dry diet.

I am still quite worried about her change in personality though.

Can anyone help or give advice before I contact the vet?
