Does anybody think that the President chiming in about the Madness of the Mosque placement?

So close to the 9/11 massacre, that it was nothing more than a diversion away from the fact that Iran is now a Nuclear Player.

Update:

Why then did he step in and give his two cents, right at a time when Iran was having the Russians install the full rods. I thought he he not want Iran to go nuclear. What other diversions has he come up with when The Oil was flowing undaunted. Lets see. Golfing, and more Golfing..

    This is my opinion.

They are breaking ground on the Mosque on 9/11/11

Uhm, WTF? Breaking ground on a mosque on the day the towers fell, on the day 3,000+ people died? Bull SH!T.

Building a mosque near Ground zero is ridiculous.

Would they build a Hitler statue in the middle of Auschwitz? NO

Would the middle east put a american flag facing mecca? NO

DO NOT SAY ITS DIFFERENT ITS NOT.

Im all for having the mosque in a different location.

Whatever the message their trying to press on us, to MANY americans its a sign of Disrespect.

And now that Iran is a Nuclear active country and that they are testing missiles can lead to many theories of dangerous weapons they are building. The Middle east is a thorn on my side, AND I AM NOT SAYING EVERY ONE FROM THE MIDDLE EAST IS BAD NOR AND I SAYING MUSLIMS ARE TO BLAME FOR 911, IM JUST SAYING ITS OFFENSIVE HAVING A MOSQUE NEAR GROUND ZERO NO MATTER THE MESSAGE OR REASON.

I don't think he intended to take the people's focus off of his other problems by stepping into this mess.

Like his comments on the Cambridge police incident, he seems to talk without thinking about the consequences on matters that would be best left alone.

I highly doubt it was just a diversion.
