EPA wants to ban lead bullets & other types already outlawed - is this the backdoor to end our 2nd amendment?

Question

Other then lead most materials used for bullets are outlawed for use by general public because they are considered armor piercing.  

When the military under took their plans to phase out use of Lead bullets they could because use of other materials is a step up in lethality.  

Copper is the only material that would be left which has two big draw backs 
1) is that copper is very expensive
2) is that copper's properties makes a less lethal bullet then lead

What does this mean for our 2nd amendment rights - oh you can have the gun, but if you want the ammunition your going to have to pay high price for a less lethal bullet which might fail to stop the intruder who is bent on killing you probably with his black market lead bullets.

So, if I shoot some one who broke into my house with a lead bullet, am I guilty of a hate crime?

First they tried to serialize ammo.  That didn't work, now this.

After all the bruising they took over health care I really expected them to wait before tackling guns.

It's like they just don't want to be in power anymore.  They are doing everything they can to alienate everyone in the country except Muslims.  It's insane.

Yes and it's not far off with the attack already started in Kalifornia which already bans some lead ammo hunting.

As of Saturday, that trial balloon has been shot down.  The EPA has stated they don't have authority as this is a 2nd Amendment issue.

Simply put, it flew like a Lead Balloon.

I am amazed that people are so worried about bullets. Why you need armor piercing bullets let alone are worried about and think that is important is beyond me.
