Is my voice breaking?

My throat is painful and my voice has gone really deep. I now have a small adams apple and it is getting bigger every day. My voice has cracked once but keeps feeling like it is going to. Any ideas? B.T.W i am 13

    Sounds like it. If you try and scream or hit a high note and you simply can't, then yes, your voice is breaking. At 13 it is right on schedule.
