How to I suggest that I want to webcam or phone an internet friend?

I think I'm kind of starting to like him...

would really like to talk to him more 'properly'.

I don't want to freak him out though

    Maybe suggest starting with video messages so he doesn't feel pressured to be on a live chat right away. You can send each other free video mail. mailVU, Eyejot, and Tokbox all offer it free.

    hehe, you won't freak him out if you do something subtle, like add him on Facebook and then be like, omg wanna try out the new Video Chat Rounds?
