What are you doing to improve nutrition in your local school cafeteria?

Hopefully you have all heard about the efforts of Jamie Oliver, Michelle Obama, Rachael Ray, and Alice Waters. I would like to hear about the smaller efforts (beginning steps) that you see at your local schools to help fight childhood obesity.

In my school district, it seems we arent allowed to sell normal chips or normal fries. they're all baked. Oh and there's only diet pop and juice and water.... and gatorade. Most of the grains that are in our cafeteria lunches are whole wheat, except for rice cause that's just too expensive.

I'm the student, btw, not the planner. But somebody changed it, apparently the fries used to be a lot tastier...
