What's your personal favorite move (strike, hold, or throw) and why?

I like the spinning heel (aka spinning hook) because it hits hard, it combos well with a roundhouse, most people don't expect it, and it looks nice. How about you?

Update:

@CTC

Such is not the case. I love this move but I hardly ever use it. I use a hook kick into counter side kick much more often but it isn't my favorite.

    I like Oni Kudaki because of the control it gives you over your opponent, the large variety of options it opens up, and the amount of damage it can cause. I also love the intimidating name too. Oni Kudaki translates to "demon crusher."

    I love the spinning back fist...because its really flashy, it causes alot of damage, and it catches your opponent off guard. Too bad its kind of rare to see though :/

    The spinning back kick would be my second favorite because its pretty funny seeing a guy get a good old roundhouse kick to the head

    Bend the Knee,

    Tip the Shoulder,

    Twist the Head.

    It is a martial philosphy a friend and grandmaster gave me about how to take down an opponent repeatedly, plus it molds to the user so anyone can do it once they are taught to use it and it has the potential to be very deadly if a weapon or stronger hand/leg technique is used and you fully understand the method. Its also very fluid, requires little strength, and is extremely fast. The muscle memroy needed to learn it are also very easy to develop.

    I like the simple right cross. It is the strongest punch you can throw in any art and is very direct. My favorite hold is the triangle choke and arm bar becasue they are so easy to do on nonmartial artists and will end a fight immediatley.

    Mata Leao(lion killer), better known as the rear naked choke. Some people are just impossible to knock out, and barely feel pain. Everyone one that has Carotid arteries can be choked out in 10 seconds, no matter how strong their chin is, or how high a pain threshold they possess.

    Kick to the balls and poke to the eye with dirty finger nails. Whichever one is faster to do first at the time. Works everytime. Your opponent screaming and writhing in agony. AWESOME!

    I like whatever works at the moment i use it. U only waste time trying to setup ur favorite move when u couldve already neutralized ur opponent.

    Tai Otoshi or Harai Goshi. my favorite throws. why? because they are powerful, practical, and flashy all in one.

    my favorite move is the Sankaku Ude Garami or Omoplata. while not as practical as other submissions it is cool as hell and very effective when done it uses your whole body against the shoulder joint.
