I wanna start working out tomorrow. (Could use advice)?
Ok, this will be the first time I workout in roughly, 6 months. I havent gained any weight, but am out of shape.
I have that Golds Gym Door Gym bar, which allows me to do pull ups, situps, dips... identical to this:

I was just wondering, how many reps should I do for each? 100?
Is 100 of each too little?
Zu, sleep lots is going to be tough. I work from 4:30-1:00 AM. Thanks for answering. How many reps should I take though?

I highly recommend that you join a gym and consult an experienced personal trainer since you're effectively acting as your own coach. In this case, you're asking for the advice of a random sampling of people on the internet which isn't a good idea since there's a lot of wrong ideas floating around with regards to training. Plus it's easy to lose motivation while working out at home since, hey, if you want to stop working out now and watch tv it's too easy to do.
If you really want to try using your door gym bar, I recommend doing this routine for pull-ups:
Dips are an excellent exercise and you can probably adapt this to dips:
Add in squats and you're good to go. I don't recommend doing sit-ups since using an ab wheel is superior.

ok for a starter, no one has any idea what level of strength you have at the moment and secondly that chin up bar can only train about 4 muscle groups (abs, lats, forearms, triceps and a few others here and there), so you will have to add in a dew different exercises. Anyways look at some chin up bar workouts and incorporate them into your chin up bar workouts. Look at some killer chest workouts and leg workouts. Do some hill sprints and a casual jog at least 2 times per week to maintain shape. But if you want to get fit drastically, start running everyday or 6 days a week along with heaps of push ups, squats, sit ups and chin ups. Obviously alternate days you workout muscle groups and only 3 days per week run hard. You'll come along great. Just commit, train hard, fight hard and enjoy your workouts and you will see the results.
