How can we contact Shockwave?
Shockwave has gone to hell and stayed there.
Games weren't loading this morning, and now it doesn't recognize my login name and tries to force me to "choose a name" when I try to login under my long-established name. When I click on the "contact me" link, it demands I choose a user name.
It was fixed that night, but now it's Friday and you can get to their home page, but not to the games. servelet error... sigh

I keep getting an error when I try to access Shockwave: Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/download/special/new-releases.jsp
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
It does not matter which like I access, I still get the error. I can't even get into ask for help!!!

I did the scroll down and have written to Shockwave twice now about the same problem and no one has contacted me back. That's not good. If people write, they should take notice of that.

At the bottom of the page there's a contact us link that takes you to a form, just fill that out.
