Get out your Betty Crocker cook book and make your batter from scratch.

Most of them. Just look up "pancake recipe" and there they will be. However, you don't say that you have any baking powder or baking soda on hand, and you'll need one of those if you want light fluffy pancakes, and eggs are a great help too. Without one of those, you will get something more like crepes which taste much the same but are flatter and denser than pancakes usually are. Bisquick and so on have the leavening already in them so don't need any added.

2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
blend above and cut in 1/2 cup soft butter or crisco
This can be stashed, it can be doubled or whatever and measured out in jars or baggies and stashed.
1 cup above mix, 1 egg, water enough to make a thin batter.
when I am having the round robin of city dude relatives visiting "the ranch" I keep about 5 gallons of the base mixed and ready for breakfasts. I keep it stashed in the freezer so it doesn't become rancid if the guestings slow down. Usually they don't! They run through my house from end of May to first of September! I think I should charge bed and breakfast like the Guest Ranches do. But then I would have Government Inspectors in my business. And I can do without them!
