can I get sick from only eating this little of stuff per day?
And is it bad to lose like... 4 pounds per week?
I eat like...
an egg...
all day...
that's it...
this is what I normally eat for the whole day
- 2 eggs
-half a banana
- like... 1/3 cup of apple sauce
-and not even a whole cup of soup
Like... I'm not trying to die here.
I never eat meat...ever...
well, what should I eat? that would acutally keep me alive...and oh, it has to be soft.
I lost like 10 pounds in one week. I am not trying to diet.. I do not need to diet. I just can't help it.. not eating. I don't know.. it's werid. But I just can't eat.

Why arn't you eatting meal's ? Are you starving you'reself purpasly?
This is the diet of an anorexic, and it's acctrually VERY dangerous considering you're consuming around 300 calories per day, only when on average someone consumes 2,000 per day to maintain. Starvation mode= under 1,200 and you're more than 1/2 under that range!
Smarten up! Increase you're intake. Add calcium/ dairy, wholegrains/ startches, meat alternatives or meat's, some fruits and vegetables aswell as healthy fat's.
Example: Breakfast- Wholewheat toast/ wholewheat bagel with tbsp margerine and 2 egg's (poached/ scrambeled/ sunny- side/ omelette/ etc ..) with either 1oz cheese, 1/3 cup shredded cheese in egg's, 250mL 1-2% milk or 1/2 cup cottage cheese with a serving of fruit (~ 1/2 cup canned fruit or applesauce, 1/4 cup dried fruit, medium fruit, 1/2 cup berries, 125mL fruit juice, etc ..)
Lunch- Sandwhich. Try PB &J (Wholewheat breads or bagel/ bun/ english muffin or wrap/ pita) with 2TBSP natural nut butter and TBSP jam/ fruit preserve/ honey/ cinnamain with a sliced fruit inside (sliced: banana/ apple, 3/4 cup sliced strawberrys or 1/4 cup sprinkeled dried fruits inside- raisins/ craisins)
Consume with either 250mL 1-2% milk or 1/2 cup greek yoghurt/ cottage cheese.
Dinner: 2 Cup's wholewheat/ durham wheat pasta with either pesto/ olive oil and herb's- spices/ tomato sauce or cream cheese sauce with 1-2TBSP grated cheese and optional tossed in vegetables. Add ground soy, meatless soy meatballs, chickpeas, lentils, beans or tofu.

I'm surprised you're not already sick. That is WAY too little food.
Women need at least 1200 calories, and men need at least 1800 calories, per day JUST to maintain bodily functions. Eating that little is slowing your metabolism WAY down and causing your body to actually store more fat and calories from what you're eating than it would if you were eating a proper amount of calories per day.
You don't need to eat meat, but you certainly need to eat more food than you are. If you're female, probably around 1400 calories if you're not exercising much, and increase somewhat the more active you are. (I burn 1000 calories a week and I'm eating 1400-1600 calories per day.)
A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Some people lose a lot of weight when they first start dieting/exercising, so if you're at the beginning then it's probably okay. But it's not healthy to lose four pounds every week for months.

you need a strict good diet with proteins and two eggs a day aint gonna do it although its a good breakfast you need to eat healthy. apple sauce is **** get ridn of it for now eat it for a snak once in a while.you also need motivation i can tell noone is pushing you enough. tell someone that if they care about you they will make you eat your VEGETABLES and MEAT and GRAIN and all that good shtuffffffffffffffff!!!!

yeah you can get sick and 4 pounds a week is a lot of weight to lose.eat some vegetarian foods or even vegan foods.i'm not good on that particular diet style as i'm a carnivore but check in to it and see if you would consider eating like that and eat some cherrios peanut butter for protein idk what else to tell you but eat something besides what you're eating now

You should be consuming 2,000 cals per day. B - fruit and brown toast or healthy cereal Snack - Fruit (an apple or pear or something) L - Salad D - Brown Pasta or Rice with grilled chicken or fish. Or something along those lines :)

Yes it is bad. Milkshakes. Nutella. Twinkies. You need calories Blue! I don't care if they are bad calories but Eat! You can only eat a little - make it the most fattening thing you can find. Chocolate milk. Ice cream.

If you don't eat veggies or salad you're missing a lot of vitamins and other nutrients your body needs. You might not get "sick" but you could mess yourself up doing that for a long time.

The way you use those ellipses is kind of suspicious. If that's how you're talking, I'd recommend an extra half of a meal at least :P

It depends. How tall are you? Most likely, however, this is unhealthy, and you should try for more meat in your diet.
