for treason.
He backstabbed our own troops, and our allies, and the two new emerging democracies that we are trying to support.
He reports our own troops`s movements. The enemy doesn`t need spies. For that alone, in previous wars, that is called "spying", and is punishable by death.
He has made weapons reductions at a time of two wars, and two ongoing "cold wars" (N.Korea/China)
He has released, is trying to release, and will try to continue to release dangerous terrorists from Gitmo, even after they have repeatedly returned to the "fight" in Afghanistan and Iraq. One of these characters is the commander of the Taliban in the South of Afghanistan now.
That is called "Aiding and abetting the enemy".
This is treason.
He has also made it rather difficult for our troops, as well as allies, to even shoot back, let alone actively pursue known and suspected Taliban. These rules of engagement have never been imposed on an army in the field before, and directly aids the enemy, while recklessly endangering our own troops.
He fired a commander in the field, for making comments while drunk, and supposedly "off the record". He did not say anything new, and only said the common beliefs of his soldiers that he commanded. That damages the chain of command unnecessarily during war.
He has not taken stronger action against Wikileaks, for espionage, and directly sabotaging efforts in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The private who started the problem has yet to be summarily tried in a military court, and executed, as he deserves.
Yup..there are a lot of reasons for Barry the Traitor`s impeachment, arrest, and long incarceration.

First, the yankee people might might desire to throw a royal greater wholesome to their congressmen and girls to get them to contemplate the technique. next, the president might choose for to have dedicated an impeachable offence. If Congress has desperate there is reason to question, then there are 2 steps. First, the domicile of Representatives might desire to bypass, by way of uncomplicated majority, articles of impeachment which covers the formal allegation(s). If exceeded, the defendent is seen "impeached" and the senate then tries him. To convict demands a 2/3 majority of the present senators. The conviction immediately removes the defendent from workplace. The vp then will become president (for this reason, Joe Biden). **************** of direction, your question asked who may well be president if Obama have been impeached. That answer is easy, based on the above: it would nevertheless be Obama. ;)

Him and many others! pelosi, rangel, turbo tax timmy, reid, oh the list is so long, every single person that voted for the stimulus and the healthcare bill needs to be charged with treason. How can it be legal to pass bills that are so huge, costing the taxpayers so much, when you haven't even READ the damn things? It is treason, you have put our country in financial peril

I'd like to see him removed, but it is very unlikely that the Senate would vote to kick him out. I also don't think Joe Biden would be better. It's kind of the same way I felt with Clinton and Gore as well as Bush and Cheney. The VP may actually be worse. I think he is guilty of treason.

It won't happen. The Republicans as much as they would like to do it, have better things to do. At least they should.
