Some Really Disturbing Movies?

first of all thanks to all who answered my last question, about depressing movies, although i've seen them all i appreciate it anyways :_
this time i want all disturbing movies, same thing as last time. nothing mainstream or a little bit disturbing like american psycho, eraserhead, or a clockwork orange...those are nicktoons compared to what i want.
i'm talking crazy messed up, about to through up right now disturbing.
like: August Underground Mordem, Mermaid in a Manhole, reGOREgitated Sacrifice, Philisophy of a knife, Salo, Flower of Flesh and Blood, etc.
and pleaaaase nothing that has an even remotely famous actor in it or that was even released in theaters.

In My Skin aka Dans Ma Peau.
It came out in 2002.
It's a French film about EXTREME self-mutilation.
I can sit through some pretty disturbing things, but I almost had to turn this off.

The most disturbing movie I've ever seen is Salo, but I'm sure you've seen that.

Sickest 2 movies I've ever seen are The Header and Seed. Truly sick stuff, The Header I had to turn off after just 5 minutes because of the disgusting scene of a guy having intercourse with a wound in a woman's head. And Seed showed actual animal cruelty and even babies being murdered. Two truly reprehensible movies.

I had to look at media censorship for my Alevel so we watched loads of disturbing clips and films which have all been banned at some point in some countries

Irreversible - 10minute rape scene 
Salo - About people being raped alot and they are forced to eat human poo
etc

irreversible was released in the cinema, people fainted, vomited and walked out. Then it was banned. 
I dont know if salo was ever in the cinema.

I try not  to watch movies like this, but I saw Takashi Miike's episode of  HBO's masters of Horror, "MOH",  its totally sick ,  its called "Imprint"
