Are you able to get a healthy lunch at your school?

Please describe the trend at your local school. I am wondering if there are plenty of nutritious choices available for those who want them. Many people have been excited about the work of Jamie Oliver, Michelle Obama, Rachel Ray, Alice Waters, and others. Now I am wondering whether or not the families across America are starting to see some real changes.

I'm not from America but from England and I attend a state mixed school. There are absolutley loads of healthy options. They've stopped selling fizzy drinks and now instead sell orange, apple juice, water etc. The main meals change every day but are normally something like pasta, chilli con carne, lasagna, things like that. You can choose if you want potatoes with it and if you want vegetables in it. They do also sell cakes and cookies but I think if you had that healthy a lunch you can have a treat. :D

p.s. My cousin lives in America and was recently complaining that they're getting healthier but thats just in one part of America.
