AIRSOFT on hunting page?

My thoughts, put " airsoft" in the toy section, add a section for the folks who use air powered metal BB or pellet rifles.

I was at a shooting event for the past few days and one of the issues that came up was an area where the organizer set up a " airsoft" range for kids. Well there were a bunch of the Xbox commandos who showed up to "shoot" on the airsoft range. What a mess, and by the end of the first day there were literally THOUSANDS of those freaking plastic pellets all over the place.

Yes they need to reclassify airsoft as a toy, create a section for the pellet shooters and create a group of moderators in the hunting section to purge out the trolls and asinine questions.

But I agree- there should be a "shooting section" as well, apart from hunting too.

You think this section is bad- look at the Religion and Spirituality section. Its grouped in with the Lesbian, Gay, Tran-sexual, Homosexual section. The section is over run with atheists and gay trolls.

One of them even frequents the hunting section too.

don't be to hard on the airsoft people most of them are probably kids who are interested in guns but thats all they can buy or have but i agree airsoft is not a hunting weapon thats for sure.

Actually, I think they should further differentiate between hunting and firearms. People hunt with bow and arrow, crossbows and even air rifles. I would like to see a separate section for firearms not related to hunting and maybe even a separate black powder subgroup.

They hate us, pure and simple. A friend of mine on here once said "This is the Wild West in these parts, sometimes you have to become the Visual Anti". So, whenever I see one of them Airsofties, I report them. Nothing else we can do about it.
