Depending on whether you're gonna use more than a graphics card (SLI / Crossfire) I'd go with one of these 2:

MSI X58A-GD65(Crossfire support - use 2+ ATi Graphics Cards connected)

ASUS P6X58D-E ( SLI support - use 2+ nVidia Graphics Cards connected)

The second one seems to be a better choice overall, to me:

    - DDR3 1600MHz support without overclock

    - SATA RAID support

    - THIS MOTHERBOARD HASN'T GOT eSATA ! If you're not going to connect an eSATA-based external HDD to your PC , this should be much of a problem.

The MSI is also a good choice.

Nice selection of boards... personally I would chose between Asus or Gigabyte and leave out the MSI board. Since the features are so similar on all the boards... go for the cheapest Gigabyte board for $209.99... since the gigabyte boards can handle fastest DDR3. These two companies have always had a good reputation for making great boards.
