Bisexual means you are open to people who identify strictly as man or woman. Pansexual means in addition to men and women, you are also open to people who may identify as transgendered, gender queer, intersexed, etc.

Bisexuality is a sexual orientation characterized by attraction to both the same gender and the opposite gender. Unlike pansexuality, it does not specifically include people who fall outside the gender binary. Pansexuality has been described as a "means to skip the binaries and essentialism of 'bi'."

If you get down to the absolute nitty gritty of it, there's really no difference. I don't believe the hype about there being a third gender, so essentially bisexuality covers *pansexuality* too.

Do you mean transsexual? If so that means there body is one gender and their mind is another. It would be like if you woke up tomorrow and you were the opposite sex.
