I quit smoking almost 4 weeks ago but I still am not sleeping through the night?
Either I can't fall asleep until 2 am or I fall asleep and wake up at 2am and can't go back to sleep. How long does this last? I read 2-4 weeks but I'm almost at 4 weeks and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Needless to say I am cranky and exhausted! Also I am having a lot of lower back pain, is this some kind of withdrawal symptom?

It happens with each . who quit smoking face that problems, but don't worry sleep well,keep yourself busy.
