Now to the question
I have been doing a lot of reading and have found information on what some people call "systemic candida" and have many of the symptoms.
I want to go on a program of natropathic candida treatment and systemic detox but I don't know what all is ok to take together let alone with the medications I am currently on. I am interested in a program by NSC Immunituion at http://www.nsc24.com/fibromyalgia.htm. But I live in a small farming town between Buffalo and Rochester New York, and I am having trouble finding answers in the medical community.

I am a Medical Assistant and also have Fibromyalgia. Since no 2 people have the same symptoms, any of these and others could be true including the swelling if you are having a flare. I have found that eliminating red meats from my diet has significantly reduced my symptoms. Also eliminate dairy as much as possible as it can trigger inflammation. Also eliminate as much processed sugar as possible. Exercise as tolerated. I am taking the following supplements with good results: B50 complex (get the yeast free kind), magnesium250 mg a day has reduced the frequency of my migraines, glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM daily for joint pain, vitamin D3 800 IU a day has reduced some of the pain, vitamin C 1000 mg to help my immune system. I have has FMS since my late 20's, I am now 54 and I am doing pretty well. Good luck, I hope I was able to help some from my own experience. If you still are worried about the systemic candida the Swanson company has a capsule to eliminate yeast. i tried it but didn't notice much difference so I stopped.

Whatever the percentage we should not have to rely on people from abroad to fill gaps in our Health Service, this can only lead to reliance and overmanning. Native Doctors passing out after several years as interns cannot get a job because there are to many foreigners some of which are not as well qualified. Many of our home produced Nurses are moving to America because of our PC approach to advancement, selection and conditions (pay ect). The reliance we now have has created a problem not solved it and as someone has previously said poaching medical staff from third world countries that need the nurses and doctors much more than we do is unforgivable but remember that is New Labour and the dictators idea, nothing to do with the BNP. There are a lot of naturopathic treatments that might work, but you are on a lot of stuff. Instead I would focus on high density nutrition only. High quality food, organic veggies and so on.
With that said, the one thing they should have tested you for first, is lupus. The face rash alone, not to mention several other symptoms, would make a test for lupus advantageous.

You do not have candida as it does not actually have any symptoms.
None of the people who have answered your question so far have any kind of medical training or knowledge; linking to websites designed to sell advertising and fake products is meaningless and won't help you.
Make sure you talk to a qualified medical doctor (most naturopaths are NOT doctors, whatever it says on their stationery). Many of these supplements are contaminated and can have dangerous effects when mixed with real drugs.

There is no such thing as systemic in a healthy person, it's made up by con artists to sell scam treatments like "systemic detoxes"
Go to a real doctor.

lactose intolerance and salicylate intolerance??? have you been tested for those two??
many of those symptoms sound like salicylate and lactose intolerance.... the skin rashing, digestive issues, bloating, cramping, acid reflux, migraines, geographic tongue, exhaustion, weight gain, depression, IBS ....... all could be symptoms of both.
and then of course the antidepressants and antacids you are on could very well be producing the precise symptoms you are trying to resolve.... ditch the antacids to begin with and get your physicians guidance on tapering right off the antidepressants ...... eliminate milk and dairy products for a week and see if that resolves your sleep, digestion, neural functioning, acid reflux and exhaustion issues.... drink more fresh green vegie juices such as celery and lime juice.... cut the stem and leaves off a celery bunch and juice it with a fresh lime or peeled apple and drink up.... green vegies and fresh fruits are all rich in calcium.
and far easier to assimilate than all that milk and dairy.

it would, however, be a really good idea to empower yourself with knowledge in regards to the nature of an overgrowth of candida albicans........... basically it hinges on managing to completely eliminate sugar and yeast ..... candida will thrive and flourish on both.
Read a book called "Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook" ~ Revised 2nd Edition by jeanne Marie Martin with Zoltan P.Rona, M.D... fabulous reading there for you.
A few suggestions for natural antifungals are ~
Oil of Oregano ~ antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial and antiparasitic ..... it has strong antioxidant and antiflammatory effects and is quite effective in eliminating Candida ....... not regular oregano but a wild form (wild mountain oregano, Origanum vulgare species) ..... your local health food store may be able to help you with this one... Oil of Oregano has no side effects and oregano is compatible with any other natural remedy or prescription drug....... the active compounds in Oil of Oregano also act as free radical scavengers thus prevent further tissue damage while encouraging healing.
Grapefruit Seed Extract ~ Go to your local health food store and ask the resident naturopath his/her advice on Grapefruit seed extract.. they don't usually charge for off the cuff advice and are more than willing to share their knowledge ..... Grapefruit seed extract is a multipurpose (broad spectrum) compound that is currently being used in humans and animals alike to safely fight many types of internal and external infections caused from parasites (single and multi-celled), viruses, bacteria and fungi.
Grapefruit seed extracts biggest benefit is due to it's multipurpose (broad spectrum) effect. It is effective even if the causes of the infections are known, unknown or misdiagnosed. By eliminating a wide range of dangerous pathogens grapefruit seed extract actually enhances the immune system.
