Do you think that yahoo answer's staff trusts top contributors more and actually care about their reports? because they don't care about mine.

It's not the staff, the procedure is automated. The more you report the higher your rating, UNLESS you get appeals against your reports which are upheld. Appeals are checked by Yahoo Staff. That lowers your rating. If you report a lot of spammers your rating will reach a point where one vote removes a spammer.

Yahoo answers staff do not pay attention to who is doing the reporting, just because your a top contributor does not give you any type of immunity over anything, they can be suspended just like anybody else on here can.

I seriously doubt that YAHOO knows or cares who I am. And TC badges come and go on a random basis.

If you are a very active reporter they do care.

They have thousands of reports to cycle through, so it's only natural that they do not have the time to respond personally to every query.
