How long do you have to file divorce papers?

In Nevada, how long can you file a Joint Petition for Divorce after a signature has been notarized?

It has been a while since my signature was notarized. I finally got the papers back from my ex-husband and would like to know if I can still file them as is or if I have to redo the paperwork.

Thanks

When you go to file them, the clerk will tell you if it is too old or not. They usually are not valid until it is filed anyway so you are probably just fine.
