2 months is not a lot of time if you're trying to slim down. You may be able to lose a dress size or two if you really push yourself hard but you won't be perfectly in shape.

Firstly try eating better, take vitamins and fiber supplements. Fiber will help you eat less. Eating less is not the best way to lose weight if you're still eating fatty crap so invest in a cook book and learn to make yourself some healthy meals.

Secondly start exercising. Walk, jog, run or lift weights to get yourself going. Don't under estimate the importance of stretching either. Don't expect to lose weight if all you do is eat better but still sit on your butt all day. Get up and do something.

Lastly remember to drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated, it will help with your hunger and when you work out. You may not see much results in 2 months but depending on your current fitness level and how much you want this you could see some good results.
