Who knows what that crack-pot means by anything she says.

It means that she's desperate. Her constant dodging of the media, the revelations of the extremely stupid positions she's held, her growing scandal over the use of campaign funds for personal expenses, and her utter lack of qualifications for the post she is seeking have left her with nothing but vague appeals to people.

It means anyone can run for office, just like the guy down the street. Those are her qualifications, too.

She means she just an average everyday American, not a polished politician in survival mode.
