I left a cottage pie out for 20 hours, can I still eat it?
Yeah, you probably think I'm stupid. But honestly, can I still eat it? It's just that it was a realllllly good cottage pie... the pie has been covered for the whole time. Kitchen temperature is about 17 degrees Celsius.

Absolutely not. The meat in the pie will have had ample opportunity to develop food born illness.

My advice would be to now store it in the fridge but you will not be able to keep it long. (1-2 Days) and when You Heat it make sure it is bubbling hot thoughout ( Should be around 72C for all bacteria to be destroyed if you have food probe )
