The firing of Juan Williams is the most cowardice acts a Radio Network or any news organization has ever committed. Juan Williams has been a faithful employee of NPR for 10 years. He has helped to raise millions of dollars for NPR over the years. Before NPR, Juan an accomplished journalist and columnist for the Washington Post, political analyst for CNN, Fox News and outstanding author of books on the civil rights movement. Juan Williams is an asset regardless what you pay him. I admit, he ticks me off because I don't agree with his views. However, that's his job and does it the better than most. NPR didn't even have the decency to fire him face to face. They told a lower level butt kisser to do it and then Schiller goes on camera to imply Juan Williams was seeing a psychiatrist. He deserves better than this.

The Corporation for Progressive Broadcasting and National Progressive Radio have made a serious mistake in the Juan Williams incident. And there is nothing, NOTH- thing either one can do to reverse that bad decision. None of us can fully control where our tax dollars go but we can control our monies during fund raising week.

A great loss for NPR and a great gain for Fox News.

No, not yet.But it was wrong, especially not even giving Williams an audience. As long as Dems are in control of the Congress and the White House NPR will continue receiving tax dollars from the feds (as well as local and state governments) as long as they continue to trumpet liberal ideas (which they have since NPR's inception).

It goes to show you that NPR plays to the politcally correct crowd. Fox News signed Williams to a three year, $2 million contract today. Williams is a liberal who had done appearances on Fox News in the past. I guess we know who is fair and balanced, at least in this case.

I want my tax dollars to stop going to fund NPR and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

I guess they had to cut costs. Same ole story. Juan Wms. is more of a moderate/Liberal too. WHo happens to see and discuss BOTH sides of politics! Unlike other outlets!

NPR is a government-run Fawning Cheerleading Obama Media Outlet. And Juan has been outspoken about the govt. and its lousy policies. Now lets hope the funding dries up as they try to run their business WITHOUT taxpayer funding.

Wrong but it matters not; they haven't been trying to hide their extreme bias for years.
