If you have a blender, you can blend your oatmeal and it will turn to a flour like consistency. Then you just substitute the blended oatmeal for some of the flour. I have a recipe for chocolate chip cookies that specifically calls for blended oatmeal and they are delicious.

Reduce the recipe by 1 cup of flour and add 1 1/2 cups oatmeal.

  • I tried making with oatmeal before it does kinda stick so can almost be a replacement for flour.
