So, as of recent, I went to our PA for a bug I had that was causing me to throw up a bit, and when they checked my blood pressure, they said it was high, they double .. triple .. quad checked it .. still high ... did the little diabetes needle poke thing and checked I was exactly borderline and now all of this next week i have to go in daily to get my blood pressure checked again ... So If i am found out type 1 Diabetic like they think ... will I get kicked out of the military o.O?

Yes, in a heart beat. You will be history.
Let's hope its not Type 1. Cause there is nothing you can do. But if type2 you may be able to fake it some. Before the test, jog a half hour. It will lower glucose level. Also stop eating carbs. Concentrate more on meat and salads till you get through this. A low carb diet is in order.
You are probably Pre diabetic. If type 2 , heres what to do for life. Forget the metformin for now. You may later go to a private doctor and get a script.
The main thing is you want to hide this , if you can.
There are 4 key steps to controlling glucose levels.
Here are the 4 keys:
1) Knowledge- http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/index.ph%E2%80%A6 This is a great site for info
2) Meds. Metformin to start. Never , ever take Actos or Avandia. They may kill you. Bone fractures, heart problems and what diabetics really don't need is that they change Bone Stem Cells to Fat Cells.
3)diet- A low carb diet is in order. I can't count carbs so I use Mendosa's Glycemic Index Diet. Great for the whole family. http://www.mendosa.com/gilists.htm
4) EXERCISE- Walking is fine but Nordic Walking is Great. Exercise also lowers Glucose levels , lowers Cholesterol and lowers Blood Pressure. Google it.
Also exercise will lower Blood Pressure.
Take care

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes. Diabetes is a SERIOUS medical condition that will get you an immediate Medical Discharge.
The reason is simple: Soldiers in the field sometimes don't eat to well, and could go days without a meal. But treatment for Diabetes requires constant, high quality meals on a regular schedule.
The military simply cannot trust you to properly help someone else's life when you are in a diabetic coma. Since ALL soldiers, no matter what position they serve, COULD be asked to grab a gun and start shooting, a medical discharge is required for serious medical illnesses like diabetes.
if you tell them NOW, your discharge will be honorable, and without penalty. if you wait and let them find out by accident (like, you pass out during PT) your discharge will be DISHONORABLE, and you will lose the Veteran Benefits package.

Diabetes might be helped easily by taking on a handful of change in lifestyle. Learn here https://tr.im/5DNNl
The diet plan really should be made up of plenty of fiber and also wholesome foods. Eat four to 6 meals/snacks spread equally throughout a day. Commence doing exercises routinely. Supplements could help too. Flax oil, daily multivitamin, bitter melon, garlic, onion, and stevia might help.
