How did the recent al-Queda bomb plot get discovered?

Who was it that gave the information about the bomb plot, and provided the tracking numbers? Was it a Muslim?

    al qaeda hate the saudi government, they see them as apostates who have betrayed islam in allowing us interference and oil to be sold to them. If even the saudis arent islamist enough for al qaeda it tells you something...

    Bush almsot destroyed that door with his talk about spreading democracy- it just shows how you cant link fighting terrorism to the spread of democracy
