What are some good ideas of things to collect?
My family goes on vacation alot, and i want to start a collection of something for each place i've been too. Any good/ unique ideas. Please dont suggest pictures, i do that anyways!

You can collect a refrigerator magnet from each place. The key is to keep it small - if you travel a lot and collect BIG things, you have a storage issue. You can even just collect a magnet shaped like each state you visit in the US - then you can make a USA map on the refrigerator.

Collect something that is NOT fragile, because after decades of collecting, you will be devastated if they somehow get broken.
I do like the picture idea.
Perhaps you could get a POST CARD of the place you are visiting, while at that place.

I like collecting bouncy balls, (I have a vase full of bouncy balls) but I don't know if that's what you like.
Maybe rocks, or seashells :0

snow globes. they are really common and are fun to display. or bracelets/necklaces/rings. you can find those almost anywhere!
