Tired, weak muscles...?
For the last few days, during my work outs, I haven't been able to lift nearly as much weight as I normally do. My muscles aren't sore; they're just weak and maybe tired. It's not like I've been working my biceps 3 days in a row; I've been working different muscles on different days, but most of them have just seemed weak recently. What should I do to remedy this?

If you haven't been eating well lately it may be the problem. I don't usually have the best diet but I have noticed that on days when I have been particularly bad eating a lot of junk, I have worse days in the gym.

yuo might be dehydrated. ive had that before several times. my mma coaches told me to drink lots of fluids and sure enough, i was way better. muscles are made up of water, and need water to function.
