Do you associate pine cones with fall or winter? (for wedding)?

I am trying to get ideas for my tight budgeted wedding and I seen some ideas that use pine cones and I thought that would be so cute and unique. Like, pine cone bouquets and centerpieces, etc.

Somewhat like these http://clmweddingsevents.blogspot.com/2009/10/pine...

What season do you associate pine cones with- fall or winter? We have not picked out a date yet and we want to make sure it makes sense.

Also, would this dress work with this kind of idea http://store.perfect-bridesmaid-dresses.com/produc... (it is not pure white, it is a light ivory and the sash is a champagne color)

The pine cone idea is great! I love it. I have never saw anything like that and think you should go for it! It reminds me of nature. The dress is beautiful also. Pine cones will go with any dress. Good luck!!

  • I think of winter. Fall is leaves changing colors. Pine cones fall but i think snow when thinking of pine cones. Never saw anything like the pine cones for a wedding. Amazing and beautiful!!. I think any dress would go but i like the light ivory and Champagne sash.

Here's a place if you need flower girl dresses and they also have light ivory dress and champagne sashes. Good Luck!!

Pine cones definitely make me think winter. When I think of fall, I think of the leaves turning colors and falling.
