Is anyone aware of a website or forum that enables someone to comunicate their frustrations with other drivers? I am looking for a website that would enable someone to express their frustration with other drivers and even perhaps expose them via a tag numer and/or vehicle description in your local community. Dear God, please help me to understand these people!

Sounds like your somewhat upset by someone's bad driving...happens to us all! We All get frustrated and annoyed by other drivers at some point, best advice is to leave it and move on.
Not worth wasting valuable time and bad vibes on them..take a deep breath and leave the road rage on the road!
