It's a vague question and you are only going to get a subjective answers.
Any smart person would say that it totally depends on the car.
For example, I would rather drive an Infiniti M37 over a Chevy Impala.
However, I would also rather drive a Lincoln Navigator over a Kia Rio.
Then you get into the question about your intended definition of 'imported'.
Is your definition of 'imported' mean something that is not domestic? Or something that is actually made in another country and shipped to the USA?
A Honda Accord is made for the USA in Marysville, Ohio. It is not 'imported' anywhere.

You worded your question incorrectly. The way you worded it will only yield results for those in favor of imports. The question should read: Poll: do you prefer imported or domestic vehicles?
I prefer domestic. However, if I hadn't come to correct your question, then I wouldn't have answered at all because the question didn't apply to me. Understand?
Domestic because we need to stop relying on the exports of other countries until we get our economy back up to par.

i drive imports because i've had way too many bad experiences with domestic cars. i've owned a number of GMs, and they all bit the dust around 150k. imports have longer lifespans, they're usually better on gas, and they're made out of better materials.
