Can I move my family after I have already arrived at my Permanent Change of Station?

In order to attend military school, I initially decided to PCS (Permanent Change of Station) without my dependents voluntarily (no changes to my orginal PSC orders). Now I have been enrolled into another school (at the same location) and my stay at the PSC location is significantly longer. I would like to move my family to this PCS location. Can I use my original orders to do so, since I didn't use my transportation allocation when I moved initially?

Update:

I'm not at the my follow-on school yet. Also I was wondering if if my previous PSC orders can be used (since my follow-on school doesn't required additional orders since its at the same location/training unit).

Not unless your new orders specifically say PCS and moving dependents is authorized. You can see about getting the new ones changed though. If they will change them, then the move will be covered. Then again you always have to option to move them at your own expense.

I believe you can. Since you PCS'd to a school, and now you are in a new school, it may be considered another PCS move, especially if that new school is already considered a PCS move. But I would talk to the Transportation Department and you may have to have tyour orders changed.

    Hope that helps.
