PNG is one place, Cambodian soldiers during the war there practiced a form of ritual cannibalism in the 1960s and 70s I would assume the hill tribes still do.

Cannibalism does still occur to some extent by small tribal groups, but only by a very limited amount. Even in it's heyday (so to speak) cannibalism was not widely practiced because even natives realized it wasn't healthy to do (due to communicable infections), but it was practiced mainly to shame defeated enemies.

There are also some people in developed nations who at least express the interest in eating people, but this is usually due to some fetishistic sexual ideas.
