One of my favorite meals is a spicy lentil soup that my mum taught me how to make. It's fairly straightforward, just lentils, chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic and curry powder. It's so warm and filling, the perfect healthy comfort food!
I also love pretty much any breakfast foods, especially porridge with soya milk, seeds and raisins.

My go-to dish is a stir fry. Delicious veggies and sometimes tofu spiced with soy sauce and sesame ginger sauce, over brown rice. I absolutely love experimenting with new flavors and finding out combinations that rock. I love food in general, and I love cooking, but I could pretty much eat a stir fry any day. :)

My favorite foods tend to fall into the Southwestern/Tex-Mex category, but today I'm REALLY craving an Indian samosa wrap with a side of steamed (or maybe even curried) peas, carrots, and cauliflower.

i cut up mushrooms and onions and put them in a frying pan with some vegetable oil and fry them with some oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and italian seasoning..
then i mix it in with my favorite sauce and add some italian diced tomatoes..
then put it on some angel hair noodles and sprinkle cheese for flavor YUM!

My mum makes this sort of pastry rolled out flat. She puts a sauce (maybe pizza sauce) on it and then makes it up like a pizza. She puts cheese and any other toppings on it.
